Description

Justification and Approval-redacted SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole source contract to Rees Scientific Corporation to provide maintenance and calibration/validation services for the Rees Scientific Environmental Monitoring System located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX. The sole source contract will have a final date of 30 June 2019; Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will be included in the contract to be used if necessary. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received NLT the due date/time, to include capability statements, shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
