- Brand name justification document Item Required: Spinosad (GF-120® NF Naturalyte® Fruit Fly Bait) USDA APHIS requires 800 gallons of GF-120 NF Naturalyte (Spinosad) fruit fly bait for use in a response against the European Cherry Fruit Fly (ECFF) in Niagara County, NY. The concentrate must be in the 1 Gallon container size which comes from the manufacturer, DOW Agrosciences, in boxes with 4 gallons per box. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business under PSC 6840 and NAICS code "325320 Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing" with a size standard of 1000 employees. This PSC and NAICS Code has a class exemption to the Non-Manufacturer rule. Items must be delivered FOB Destination to: USDA-ECFF 4487 LAKE AVENUE LOCKPORT, NY 14094 The anticipated resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. A minimum delivery of 100 gallons must be received within 14 days after receipt of order with the full order amount required within 45 days after receipt of order. This is a brand name requirement, no other products or services proposed in response to this notice will be considered. A brand name justification is included as an attachment. All quotes and questions must be submitted in writing by email to Robert.J.Zeglin@aphis.usda.gov No telephonic inquiries will be answered. The deadline for questions is 2 calendar days prior to offer due date. All offers must be received by 1 PM CST June 8, 2018.
