- Pre-Solicitation Notice : The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government's expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Friday 01 Jun 2018. The solicitation number will be W15KN18Q1125. Procurement Description : The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Refuse and Recycling Services on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) in Rochester, NY. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for this requirement. The period of performance will be one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services : The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation.
