Description

The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System, Pittsburgh, PA 15240 is seeking potential sources for the following: V-Fold, Pressure Seal Paper: White, 90# tag, 1 Part one way, cut sheet, ink 1/1 black/black (manufacture and fold marks only), stubs and center perforation, 2 vertical perforations and 3 horizontal perforations, a V fold construction, standard glue configuration, packaged 1000 each, poly-bagged per standard carton. The Government is potentially interested in a base plus option year contract. Yearly estimated quantity is 250,000 each. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV.
