Description: Statement of Work_GME Resident Evaluations Subscription The Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Contracting Cell, Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a SOLE SOURCE contract to MyEvaluations.com Inc., 326 E. 65th Street, Suite 234, New York, NY 10065-6746 under other than full and open competition procedures IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and Subpart 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This requirement is for a web-based Evaluations subscription for three existing Graduate Medical Education Residency programs (Family Medicine Residency Program, Podiatry Residency Program, and Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency Program) and four additional residency programs pending: General Surgery Residency Program, Orthopedic Residency Program, Internal Medicine Residency Program and Transitional Residency Program at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). The evaluations data is proprietary in nature for residents already utilizing the web-based subscription. Data regarding the evaluations and/or progress for these Residents cannot be transferred or accessed without this subscription. This evaluation subscription is considered all or none and in the best interest of Womack Army Medical Center Graduate Medical Education Programs. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies and services. All responses must be received by 7 June 2018, 2:00 PM EST. ITEM NO.
