- Wage Determination Drawings Specifications Solicitation Refer to attached solicitation for requirements and specification. The USPFO for Texas is issuing an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the scope of work as described to repair HVAC System Repairs, Bldg 930. Place of performance is San Antonio, TX. The contract duration is 120 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $36,500,00. The magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 25 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project. The date for the pre-bid conference is on 13 June 2018, 10:00AM local time, location is in the attached solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. All questions from the pre-bid conference/site visit must be submitted by 20 June 2018 via email to joseph.r.cederstrom.mil@mail.mil. Questions and answers will be posted on FBO as an amendment no later than 26 June 2018. The bid opening date is scheduled for 10 July 2018. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
