- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the Joint Staff (JS) to lease three (3) 2018 Chevrolet Suburban LT or equivalent full size, four-door, AWD, SUV vehicles. This RFQ is for a brand name or equal product. FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal is hereby incorporated by reference. In addition, the contract will require regular maintenance on the vehicles to include oil changes and rotation of tires, and maintenance which is to occur within 15 miles of the Pentagon. Licensing and registration with District of Columbia tags are also the responsibility of the contractor. The proposed contract will have a base period of performance that is one-year in length, beginning 22 June 2018 or the date of contract award, whichever is later, and include two (2) one-year options.
