- B1B Wheel Washer Salient Characteristics B1B Wheel Washer Solicitation The 28th Contracting Squadron 1000 Ellsworth St. Suite 1200, Ellsworth Air Force Base, 57719, South Dakota, DoDAAC FA4690, has a requirement for a B-1B Wheel Washer Model Stingray 4036 or equal (See attached Salient Charecteristics for or Equal Item).
