Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Iowa City, IA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority FAR 6.302-3 with the University of Iowa for the period of 7/1/2018 to 6/30/2019. This will be a fixed price contract with Stewart Consulting to provide necessary labor to conduct work for the VISN 23 PACT Demonstration Lab, Gary Rosenthal, MD, Executive Director. Stewart Consulting will provide expertise regarding: organizational psychology specifically related to interdisciplinary team function, and audit and feedback; formative and team evaluation; organizational level analyses; and analysis of national survey data. There is no government furnished property. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
