- Synopsis: Competitive; 100% Small Business Set-Aside Description: 3 FTE Disability Evaluation System Program Specialists Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi (MS) anticipates a competitive acquisition for three (3) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Disability Evaluation System Program Specialists, on a non-personal services basis for the Keesler Medical Center located at Keesler AFB, MS. The period of performance for this contract is expected to be a base period of one and a half (1.5) months, 16 Aug 18 - 30 Sep 18, plus four (4) one-year option periods for a total performance period not to exceed 56 months. The set-aside for this acquisition is: 100% Small Business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621999 (All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services) and the size standard is $15.0M. The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 14 Jun 2018. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
