- Below is key information received from program customer: - The solicitation doesn't mention any specifics of a need for entry or exit roller tables or motorized incline/decline conveyors. Is there a need for these type of attachments? If so, are there any length specifications? 2 meter incline entrance motorized conveyor w/non-slip conveyor belt 79" level motorized conveyor extension - The solicitation doesn't mention an installation. Is it understood that the X-ray machine will need to be installed at the USDA APHIS PPQ 9216, 375 Rodgers Blvd., Honolulu, HI 96819 location? Installation should be included - deliver to HawaiianAir departure area at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport; POD 3; 300 Rodgers Blvd., Honolulu, HI 96819 Also included should be removal of crating material at the time of delivery - If an installation is needed, will that need to occur by the Aug. 15, 2018 delivery deadline? Installation is required at the time of delivery. The machine should be up and running to start working the day after delivery. - This system has advanced software features that include software used to assist with training, automatic threat recognition as well as additional image enhancement functions. Will advanced software options be considered? We are requesting Software - Automatic Dense Area Detection and Image Enhancement Functions. We will need an explanation of "advanced software options". - Typically, when we sell a customer a "100100" sized machine or larger, we'll include an operator control desk option. Will an operator control desk need to be quoted as well? We will require a Tall Lockable Control Station - single monitor; 19" CRT monitor; operator keyboard - Will an extended warranty be considered? Standard warranty is 1 year. No, the standard warranty is sufficient, but a maintenance agreement will be required for the 2nd year and thereafter.
