- Amendment 0001-Site Visit Information ** A site visit will be schedule for 9am CST, Wednesday, June 6th 2018 at 102 E BK 200 Rd. Stigler, OK 74462.* All questions regarding this project must be submitted by email to punnie.chittchang@usace.army.mil. The status of the solicitation and award of this project can be found on fbo.gov. Any questions regarding the status of the project will be directed to check fbo.gov. Relocation/Site Preparation and Installation of Existing CXT Vault Toilets, Belle Starr and Gentry Creek Parks, Lake Eufaula, McIntosh County, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to tear down existing vault toilet at Belle Starr PUA, then remove existing CXT vault toilet from Brooken Cove PUA, remove waste and fill in existing 500 gallon septic tank with sand, and reinstall at Belle Starr PUA, and remove existing CXT vault toilet from Oak Ridge PUA, remove waste and leave in place existing septic tank with a concrete septic lid with clean out, restoration of site of CXT removal with 6" of topsoil and seeded with, and reinstall at Gentry Creek PUA. Both sites are on Lake Eufaula in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. An approximately 5'3" by 47' concrete sidewalk and/or stairs leading to the installed CXT at Gentry Creek and an approximately 5'3" by 30' concrete sidewalk and/or stairs leading to the installed CXT at Belle Starr in compliance with ADA standards shall be constructed. Both sidewalks will be 4" in thickness. All installation must be completed per manufacturer's recommendations and all removed materials must be removed from government property. See attached maps.
