The requirement includes service for Standard, Non- Standard, and Customer Owned Goods estimated at 27,195, 413. The estimate includes a base year and four one-year option periods for a total of five (5) years. The Government contemplates a single contract award, firm-fixed price, negotiated procurement. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Services will be paid as required for service used. The acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition without exclusion of sources. The applicable NAICS code is 812332 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. The product service code is S209. The anticipated release date of the RFP is June 15, 2018. Interested Vendors may direct questions to Kevin.Warren2@va.gov not later than 10 days after issuance of the solicitation. The Government will evaluate proposals and select the successful offeror using the best value approach. This process permits tradeoffs between non-cost factors and cost/price and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal or other than the highest technically rated proposal to achieve a best value contract award based on established evaluation criteria.
