Description
Lincoln, NE Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nebraska City: Lincoln Delineated Area: The government is seeking space within the following street boundaries: North: A Street East: S. 70 th Street South: Saltillo Road West: Homestead Expressway (Highway 77) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,590 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,149 Space Type: Office/light industrial Parking Spaces (Total): In accordance with local code Parking Spaces (Surface): In accordance with local code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): In accordance with local code Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Site must be able to accommodate approximately 10,000 ABOA SF of office space, approximately 6,000 SF of industrial/warehouse space and approximately 25,730 SF of secure wareyard space (which must include 20 parking spaces). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is req uired. Offered space shall not be in th e 100 or 500 year f lood plain. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements: This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from property owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Responses omitting the items below may not be considered: •1. Address of proposed property. •2. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. •3. Name and contact information of the property ownership's legal entity. •4. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner's agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
