Description

Description: STC Geothermal Well Repair This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR 12 and 13 in accordance with IL 90-99-4 (http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/ars/policyreg/ils/il99_4.cfm). This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Business. The purpose of the Solicitation shall be to provide the Saint Cloud, MN VA Health Care System a geothermal well field repair. Contractor to provide all equipment, labor and repair materials required to locate and repair a leak in the circuit piping for a specific circuit in the Building 49 Geothermal Well Field. The electronic solicitation will be announced on or about May 31, 2018. The offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 23. No questions will be accepted prior to the solicitation, this is for notification purposes only.
