Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), 380 New York St, Redlands, CA, 92373-8118, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance for this requirement will be from August 02, 2018 - August 01, 2019. OCC uses ArcGIS software for working with maps and geographic information in a range of applications for the formulation of policy for regulation of national banks and thrift institutions. This is a requirement for Arc Geographic Information Systems Annual Software Maintenance Renewal. ESRI is sole-source provider of software maintenance for ESRI products. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
