- The purpose of this sources sought is to find interested small businesses with active System for Award Management (SAM) registration that can support lodging requirements in five cities/towns in Southern New Mexico. Below is a listing of cities with the approximate rooms needed per night for a period of 12 months (365 days). Santa Teresa, New Mexico - 40 rooms per night Las Cruces, New Mexico - 60 rooms per night Deming, New Mexico - 40 rooms per night Lordsburg, New Mexico - 10 rooms per night Alamogordo, New Mexico - 4 rooms per night The Government intends to put out five (5) solicitations, one for each city/town. The Government also intends to issue five (5) contract awards for this requirement. The Government intends to set aside each of the five (5) solicitations to small business concerns. In this sources sought the Government is seeking if there are any small businesses that are able to support this requirement(s). Is your company a small business? If yes provide what category of small business your company qualifies for, if your company has multiple classifications of small businesses please provide all of them. 6. What cities/towns can your company support? Payment Terms: If an award(s) is made the company must be registered in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). WAWF is the system where invoices are submitted. Payment will be made electronically by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Invoices can be submitted 30 days in arrears.
