Description

Please reference 6973GH-18-R-03205 on all correspondence. The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking quotes for the attached list of miscellaneous parts for a General Electric LP33 Series Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this RFQ. Therefore any cost associated with the submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. It is anticipated that one Fixed Price Purchase Order will result from this announcement. RFQ Submission Please submit pricing in the order listed on the attached parts quote list. Vendor must quote all items and the exact GE part number. All parts must be in new condition and unused. FAA Simplified Acquisition clauses will apply unless quote is under GSA conditions. Delivery location will be FOB to ANCHORAGE AK 995181243. Include estimated delivery time. Evaluation and Award Evaluation will be determined by lowest total price for the requested parts from the most responsible vendor. Proof of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) must be provided. All responses to this announcement must be received by 2:00 p.m. (CST), Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
