Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SOLICITATION No. 6CA0795 The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Sacramento Delineated Area: Central Business Area of Sacramento, California (see attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 197,327 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 197,327 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 65 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 65 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Contiguous space is preferred. Ability to meet a minimum of the Government’s Level 3 Security and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-010-01 (as modified on 10-2013). Ability to install an Emergency Generator. Ability to install rooftop antennas and a satellite dish. Ability to modify the building to support: -Approximately 5,700 square feet of space supporting up to 250 pounds per square foot floor loading. -Approximately 10,400 square feet of space supporting up to 200 pounds per square foot floor loading. Visitor screening area for the Government’s space to include sign-in desk, x-ray machine, and magnetometer. A lobby arrangement that separates visitor traffic from Government traffic, card operated turnstiles with glass gates. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
