This Addendum was done to replace the Base Year and Option Years' Bid Schedules with updated Bid Schedule Attachments which now include Loop Detectors as a bid line item; an updated Wage Determination replaces the original Wage Determination at Attachment 5; and Project Drawings for the Project are added to the Solicitation as Attachment 6.
