Description

Clauses Brand Name Justification The U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan has a need for the following carpet tiles and in quantities mentioned below: Carpet tile 60X60sm Tarkett Tandus Centiva (model: 03757-49511)- q-ty: 400 square yards. Please find attached the Brand Name Justification and Clauses for Purchase Orders exceeding USD 3,500.00. If you are interested, please email your quotations to BAKUBIDBOX@STATE.GOV. Sending your quotations to any other email address may result in your quotation disqualification. The delivery address is: Ikun, LLC - Baku 2801 Route 130 Unit 1 North Brunswick, NJ 08902 Attn: Anthon W. Petty The contractor must ship the items within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the signed Purchase Order in one shipment NOT splitting the order into several shipments. You are encouraged to make your quotations competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter; The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price; The U.S. Embassy Baku can cancel this RFQ or any part of it; The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
