- Draft SOW Sources Sought Notice Questionnaire The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando (ACC-ORL) is soliciting information regarding industry capabilities to perform for the development of the software design, coding, testing and integration, management, and fielding of the Common Software Library (CSL) for the Paladin Integrated Management (PIM) M109A7 Training Aids, Devices, Simulator, and Simulations (TADSS) and updates for the Abrams and Bradley Family of Vehicles TADSS. This SOW includes maintenance of previously developed and fielded Common Embedded Training System (CETS) that replicates real world scenarios in synthetic environments required for TADSS functionality. A five year single award contract is contemplated for any resulting contract, should the Government determine to make contract award.
