- Amendment 0001 provides answers to questions asked: 1) Could you give a reference to the D10 Standard of which you wish to upgrade your existing code base to? DELPHI 10 2) Does the program communicate directly with the HydroLab sonde? If so does the existing solution implement the serial connection and which protocol does it use? YES, IT COMMUNICATES DIRECTLY USING A SERIAL CONNECTION. IT COMMUNICATES VIA SPI. 3) Could you expand on what the TSS and ACH file types are exactly as the are custom file types and do not have public standard? TSS IS NOT A FILE TYPE, IT IS THE ABBREVIATION FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF TOTAL SUSPENDED SOLIDS. ACH IS A CUSTOM FILE TYPE. 4) Could you specify what OS versions and types you are looking for this product to run on ie (Windows 7, 8, etc)? WE NEED TO THE PROGRAM TO RUN ON WINDOWS 7 AND 10. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for ScanLog Software Optimization and Maintenance in LaCrosse, WI in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0218R0035 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes contained in this solicitation shall be adhered to.
