- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-T-0419 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. Isolator Mounting Kits must be Shock Tech products under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The Shock Mounting is specifically designed for the program therefor can only be provided by Shock Tech. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-18-Q-XXXX) on your quote. Please include any shipping fees to zip code 20684 Please include your Cage Code. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00pm est., on 5 June 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
