Sources Sought Notice - High Density Modular Shelving System The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii, is performing market research through this Sources Sought inquiry for a firm fixed price type contract. This is NOT A SOLICITATION for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) The availability and capability of qualified business sources able to provide the required supply and incidental service to Tripler Army Medical Center on Oahu. (2) The size classification of the capable businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition; (3) If the capable businesses are HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged small businesses. Anticipated NAICS: 337215 - Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 500 Employees Requirement: • The Logistics Division, Environmental Services Branch (ESB), Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), on Oahu, HI requires a high density mobile shelving system which will most efficiently utilize the available storage space in the hospital's Linen Section. • The contractor shall provide the storage system in accordance with the Minimum Salient Characteristics. • The contractor shall provide qualified technician for the removal and disposal of the old shelving and the installation of the new modular shelving system. • Shipping is FOB Destination to Tripler Army Medical Center, HI 96859. Anticipated Delivery: 90 Days After Date of Contract Award to Tripler Army Medical Center, HI 96859. Submission of Capability Statement /Information Sought: Interested, qualified and equipped organizations should submit a tailored capability statement for this requirement: 1. Not to exceed 10 single-sided pages that clearly detail the specifications of the high density modular storage system; 2. Include on the top of the first page of your capability statement: • Indication of current certified small business status or indication of a large business • Organization's name • Point of Contact • Address • DUNS number • Cage Code 3. Provide past performance history and any previous Government Contract numbers similar in scope to this Sources Sought notice. Information Submission Instructions: All capability statements sent in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT notice must be electronically (via email) to Deborah Olivieri, Contract Specialist deborah.l.olivieri.civ@mail.mil by 19 June 2018 12:00 pm HST. All response must be received by the specified date due date and time in order to be considered. ANY RESPONSES RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED DATE/TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
