- US Department of Commerce Secretary's Honors Awards Program. This is an annual presentation ceremony during which the Secretary presents medallions embedded in acrylic blocks with text and placed in presentation boxes, in accordance with specifications in the Performance Works Statement (illustrations/photographs included. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is anticipated that a Single Award may result from a formal Solicitation, if issued, for a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, against which a n annual Order may be placed to fulfill the quantity of each color, or type metal, of awards medallions, embedment in acrylic blocks, and presentation boxes needed for that year's awards ceremony. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is provided for information purposes only. The offeror may be requested to provide a price schedule for each of the items represented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Schedule.
