- Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced Supply contract to supply and install a turnkey sound proofed booth and ventilation system for the flame spray operation in building 350's metal finishing annex at Letterkenny Army Depot. A Purchase Description and drawing of the area where the system shall be placed will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333413 - Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 500 Employees and the product code is 4140. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N218R0022 will be released on or about 8 June 2018, with a closing date on or about 9 July 2018. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 8 June 2018. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
