- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT INVITATION TO SITE SURVEY INSTALLATION ACCESS FORM SOURCES SOUGHT To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. Forest management support on Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC) and Blossom Point Research Facility (BPRF) services through the implementation of the 2017 Forest Management Plan for BPRF and the 2017 Invasive Species Management Plan for ALC. See Attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is not finalized and is subject to change. The Government intends to conduct a site survey on Tuesday, 12 June 2018 at 9:00 AM EST. The purpose is to provide interested, qualified firms an opportunity to conduct a visual inspection in order to provide the government feedback on the draft requirement including providing a rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing "estimate" to assist the government in establishing an independent cost estimate and to identify qualified firms who will likely submit "fair and reasonable" pricing in response to a request for proposal. Any pricing provided is an estimate which is non-binding and is NOT considered a quote. Interested vendors must provide an email response, Subject: "U.S. Army Garrison Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC) and Blossom Point Research Facility (BPRF) Forest Management Support".
