- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE; this is not a PRE-SOLICITATION notice or SOLICITATION for proposals or quotations. NO CONTRACT will be awarded from this announcement. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is VOLUNTARY and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey WILL NOT be returned. Twenty (20) minutes of TV-visible, courtside branding (30' wide) during all season home Men's and Women's Basketball games and Volleyball games at the Pan American Center. One (1) 4' x 16' permanent panel on the field of Aggie Memorial Stadium. One (1) fifteen-second season-long feature promotion on the video board during all regular season home Men's Basketball games at the Pan American Center. On-site presence of certain NMARNG RRC or other personnel prior to or during at least four (4) home Football or Men's Basketball games and further authorization to allow NMARNG RRC personnel to establish "recruiting tables" at these events. Development of or participation in two (2) Digital Engagement Campaigns to generate qualified new leads. During the period of performance, Contractor grants NMARNG an unlimited license to use the NMSU school logo in other advertising or marketing campaigns. Display of NMARNG-provided marketing videos at all home Men's Basketball games. Two (2) social media campaigns guaranteeing 85,000 impressions. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3) determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action.
