Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE; this is not a PRE-SOLICITATION notice or SOLICITATION for proposals or quotations. NO CONTRACT will be awarded from this announcement. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is VOLUNTARY and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey WILL NOT be returned. Contractor shall place or affix NMARNG logos on all promotional materials pertaining to the following NMAA activities or events: (1) State Wrestling and (2) State JROTC. Contractor shall provide NMARNG a full-page color advertisement in all event publications of the NMAA. Contractor shall affix or display NMARNG logos in various areas of the NMAA website. Contractor shall display NMARNG banner advertisements on the NMAA website. Contractor shall display NMARNG logos in both electronic and print publications produced for athletic directors and coaches. Contractor shall prominently display NMARNG banners or signage at NMAA events, including all 13 athletic championships (volleyball, football, cross-country, soccer, basketball, wrestling, swimming, spirit, baseball, softball, track, tennis, golf, and JROTC). Contractor shall make NMARNG promotional announcements using a public address system at each state game or event associated with the NMAA. Contractor shall provide a minimum of three announcements per event and a minimum of 300 total announcements during the period of performance. Contractor shall provide NMARNG the right, privilege, or license to conduct direct marketing at all NMAA events and activities, including, but not limited to, the establishment of NMARNG information booths, tables, or similar, the distribution of NMARNG promotional products or information, and permission for NMARNG RRC representatives to directly engage members of the public, spectators of, and participants in NMAA events. Contractor shall display the NMARNG logo on all materials associated with the NMAA Sportsmanship Initiative. Contractor shall display the NMARNG logo on all banners, pamphlets, posters, or similar placed in all NMAA Sportsmanship Initiative member schools. Contractor shall also display the NMARNG logo on all documents, websites, materials, and awards associated with the NMAA Sportsmanship Initiative. Contractor shall promote the NMARNG through its various social media accounts, pages, or platforms. Examples include, but are not limited to, NMAA-controlled Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts or pages. Contractor shall place the NMARNG logo on all NMAA apparel-approximately 750 shirts-provided during State Events. Contractor shall allow NMARNG RRC personnel including, but not limited to, military recruiters access to participants of the NMAA Student Leadership Summit. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3) determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action.
