Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Iowa City, IA, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority FAR 6.302-3 with the University of Iowa for the period of 8/1/2018 to 7/31/2019. The University of Iowa, Henry B. Tippie College of Business will provide subject matter expertise in leadership training and coaching. This will be a fixed price contract with University of Iowa, Henry B. Tippie College of Business who will provide necessary labor and support to conduct leadership training for the Iowa City VA Health Care System, HSR&D Center of Innovation entitled, Center for Comprehensive Access & Delivery Research and Evaluation (CADRE), Eli Perencevich, PhD, Principal Investigator. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing these services to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at gary.rogers4@va.gov or fax 319-358-6430. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Request for quotes 36C26318Q0646 for above requirement, NAICS 611310, size standard $33.5 million will be issued on 8/1/2018. The deadline to submit a quote is 5/25/2018.
