Description

RFI/SSN Attachment Details and Instructions This RFI/SSN is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government will evaluate whether or not vendors are technically capable of providing the services requested. Each capability response from the marketplace will be given a rating of Technically Capable or Not Technically Capable. This RFI/SSN does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI/SSN that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI/SSN. The information provided in the RFI/SSN is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Submissions should be in 12-point font and 1 inch margins on 8.5 by 11 inch, letter sized, paper settings. Submissions should be emailed as an attachment to Lindsey Crockett, CDC Contract Specialist, lcrockett@cdc.gov, no later than June 20, 2018 at 1600 EST. Please reference Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice: Health Communications Marketing and Audience Analysis Research Services in the subject line of all correspondence.
