- Wage Determination Appendix F Appendix B Appendix A Solicitation SOLICITATION NOTICE--------------------------------------------------------------------- The solicitation and its attachments are now posted. The set aside is total small business. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE----------------------------------------------------------------- A solicitation will be posted this month for cone collection services occuring at various locations within Northern California's Modoc National Forest and Lassen National Forest. Collection times will vary based on weather and cone ripeness. Tree types include RRSP (Rust-Resistant Sugar Pine), Jeffrey Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Western White Pine, Incense Cedar, Douglas Fir, and/or Washoe Pine. Estimated start date is mid August 2018. Multiple Awards may be possible. The project may or may not be set aside based on available sources. Questions will not be answered until after the solicitation is posted, but parties may contact Sandra Vincent at svincent02@fs.fed.us to indicate interest in the project if desired.
