- ADS-B Receiver Specification EFB Baseline Configuration 6.4 FA462018QA012 Combo This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA462018QA012 for ADS-B GPS Receivers is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20180601 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2018-0525. This solicitation is a total small business set under the NAICS Code 334511, with a small business size standard of 1250 Employees. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
