- Presolicitation Notice NOTICE This is not a solicitation but rather a Presolicitation Synopsis as required by FAR 5.204 The purpose of this synopsis is to inform the market that the United States Air Force intends to solicit On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) Group B-Kits and will negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period (est.).The proposed NAICS Code is 336413, other aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment manufacturing, size standard of 1250. NOTES This is not a request for proposal (RFP) or an invitation for bid, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this synopsis.
