- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLATION AT THE SIOUX FALLS CHAPEL 52.215-3 -- Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997) This is a Request for Information only and that we are not soliciting and quotes or offers at this time. FAR 31.205-18 (e) (3) applies, the VA does not intend to award a contract or pay for the information we are soliciting except as an allowable cost in an awarded contract if it is deemed allowable. The VA is seeking interested parties for a contract to provide and install audio visual equipment in the Sioux Falls Veterans Affairs Health Care System Chapel. Potential vendors who are SDVOSBs or VOSBs need to be verified in VIP or will not be considered for a set aside if appropriate. Active SAM registration, DUNS number and NAICS code registration to be included Capabilities statement should include 2-3 audio visual type projects completed in the last 2 years INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD NOTE THE VA WILL DESIRE A 2 HOUR ON SITE RESPONSE TIME FOR ANY WARRANTY RELATED ISSUES, WHETHER INSTALLATION OR MAUFACTURERS, FOR THIS FUTURE CONTRACT The point of contact should be present for a site visit on 20 June 2018, 10:00 a.m. CDT, at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, 2501 W 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, in hospital lobby. Only those responding by June 13th will be allowed into the site visit for security purposes.
