- 4 Jun 2018 - Amendment 03: The salient characteristics have been modified for the mountaineering pack and the hydromedary pack. The response date/time has been extended. 3 Apr 2018 - Amendment 02: The item listing has been modified to incorporate Mystery Ranch 3-Day Assault BVS packs. The proosed CLIN structure and salient characteristics are updated accordingly. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial, brand name or equal items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
