- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for the Caribbean Division for Hawk's Nest requirement. This not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Caribbean Division is conducting market research and requests input from industry to assist in requirement planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the DEA to facilitate the decision making process and acquisition planning. All responsible/interested local and U.S. based companies are encouraged to respond to this RFI. The DEA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI nor for any moves or living expenses of the successful offeror. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information about COMMERCIALLY AVAILABILITY for a Facilities Manager to maintain the Hawk's Nest location on a daily basis. The contractor shall be responsible to perform all of the services, maintain the upkeep of the facilities and the facilities grounds located within the confines of the Hawk's Nest as well as permanent facilities support equipment. Services include, but not limited to Facilities Management, Inventory Management, and Grounds & infrastructure maintenance. Those interested should also submit their capability statement. Questions regarding this RFI are due NLT June 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m. est. No additional questions will be acception after this date and time.
