- Attachment answers questions submitted by industry. *The purpose of this amendment is to post answers to industry's questions. As well as, extend the closing date to 4:00 PM Afghanistan time, which is 7:30 AM Eastern time on 7 June 2018 *Please reference amendment when submitting proposals. Provide MHE for support to projects aboard Camp Shorab. The front loader will be operated by (1) OCN operator and may be supplemented with USG personnel operators. The Leased equipment will be kept operational with the (1) onsite OCN mechanic and mobile mechanic shop. The delivery timeline will be critical for offerors to address, as well as the age of equipment.
