- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space in Montgomery, AL The United States Government seeks to lease class "A" contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 14,961 rentable square feet yielding 13,010 ANSI/BOMA square feet in Montgomery, AL. Above g round floor space is preferred. Twenty (20) structured parking spaces are required. Public transportation must be within several blocks of the offered location. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space offered must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, Seismic and Sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delinearted area: North: Bibb Street East: Commerce Street South: Montgomery Street West : Lee Street Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 25, 2018. The incumbent location will be solicited. All expressions of interest submitted by broker/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. All interested parties are requested to submit a photograph of the building and a floor plan of the space being offered. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized representative.
