- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) intends to award a purchase order to Celoptics Inc. 275 Congressional Lane, Rockville MD, 20852. for 1280 hours of data analysis, produce detailed report findings, abstracts, journal articles, posters and other publications on the continuous live cell microscopy and cellular calcium imaging in using differential interference contrast microscopy, epifluorescence microscopy, confocal two-photon microscopy, fluorescence light microscopy of live cells and 3-D reconstruction of images. Celoptics Inc is a small business, uniquely qualified for the required imaging and experimental methods, as well, as the analysis of data collected. In compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. This solicitation is not a Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; all responses received, before the closing date, of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the NICHD201800038 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due five (5) days after the release of the RFQ at 11AM EST. All interested parties to this solicitation may request a copy of the RFQ package in writing to the attention of Ms. Kelly Robinson at Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) 6710B Rockledge Drive, Room 1145B Bethesda, MD 20892 or via email Kelly.Robinson@nih.gov.
