- This solicitation (SPE4A6-18-R-0837) is for NSN 6670-01-472-6121, Load Cell, Force-Wei. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price, long-term contract for one base year and four 1-year option periods. The estimate annual quantity is 78 EA.The guaranteed minimum is 30 EA. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery: 136 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 6/26/2018 with a closing date on or around 07/25/2018. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
