One site has been deleted and the suggested equipment has been changed on several others. All changes are shown in red where possible; 3) extend the closing date and time to 22 Jun 2018 at 1:00 pm EDST; 4) FAR Clause 52.204- 2 "Security Requirements has been added; 5) Attachment 5 - DD254 has been added RFQ POSTED 10 MAY 2018 Site Visit 21-22 May 2018 Questions 24 May 2018 1:00 PM Closes 13 June 2018 Pre-Solicitation posted MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department, has a requirement for the removal, installation, maintenance, adjustment, surveying, monitoring, repair and replacement services for Intrusion Detections System (IDS) in 30 locations aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, NC and one (1) location aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River in support of Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) operations and security. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. Period of Performance Base Period Purchase, removal and installation of equipment - 45 days after receipt of the contract Maintenance and monitoring estimated 31 Aug 2018 - 30 Aug 2019 estimated Option Period 1 maintenance and monitoring only estimated 31 Aug 2019 -30 August 2020 estimated The Government will solicit (M67001-18-Q-0024) and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, with FAR SubPart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. A Trade-Off Process will be used as the basis for award. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, will be significantly more important than cost or price. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561621. The industry description for this NAICS Code is Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). which has a small business size standard of 20.5 Million dollars in annual receipts. The RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective 24 January 2018 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20180418, effective 20 April 2018. The solicitation M67001-18-Q-0024 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
