- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is being issued as a Small Business set aside. competition, and evaluation preference will be given to first. Request for quotation: The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337920, Blind and Shade Manufacturing. This request is for the purchase of blinds at the barracks at Camp Williams Utah, for the specifications of the blinds see the attachment named specifications. The blinds that are currently hanging are in disrepair and need to be replaced. To be considered responsive to this requirement vendors must be able to provide all the items requested in this synopsis solicitation and be able to install the blinds in a reasonable amount of time after award. Quotes may be submitted in the format of your choosing providing they are clear and complete with a total cost of material and labor. Quotes will be submitted via email to dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 PM Mountain Time on 14 June, 2018. This procurement will be on a government purchase order- contract with the contract type being Firm Fixed Price. Evaluation Factors: This contract award will be made on evaluation basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 15.101-2. LPTA is achieved by providing all the factors and significant subfactors that establish the requirements in the solicitation. All those responding must meet all standards of the requirement and be the lowest evaluated price of the proposals meeting or exceeting the acceptable standards of the solicitation. IAW FAR 52.212-1(k) and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A, awardees in order to conduct business with the government, must be actively registered in SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, to submit your invoice, and be in good standing in both. A site vist will be arranged for all interested vendors that response by email to myself Dallas R. Workman by 6/11/2018 at 2:00 PM MST so we can set up the visit. Quotes must include CAGE CODE & DUNS number and your tax identification number (TIN #). Responses received after deadline or that are missing information may be considered non-responsive. Questions should be emailed to the above referenced email in sufficient time to provide a response. Late questions will not be justification for extending the due date or time for your quote to be submitted.
