Description

CABLE ASSEMBLY, RADI ASSEMBLY - See the first paragraph of this Government requirement for the person to contact. No telephone requests will be accepted. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Alton King, Contract Specialist at alton.king@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, please include solicitation number, the company name, Cage Code, and your direct contact information, i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number PRON: D18H0143D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract, a quantity of 50 each of a CABLE ASSEMBLY, RADI NSN: 5995-01-623-8693, Part Number: 13660274-5 applicable to the PATRIOT MISSILE WEAPON SYSTEM, M-D6. Production Lead Time is 50 each, 130 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL 35898-8052. This item is restricted to TIMES MICROWAVE SYSTEMS, INC. CAGE CODE: 68999 Acquire for the second or subsequent time, directly from the manufacturer. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity order to maintain quality part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
