Description

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. A comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3) will be conducted. 1. Provide a capability statement, not to exceed 10 pages in length, demonstrating technical capability, any warranty on repairs and ability to meet the full scope of the statement work. 2. Past Performance. Contractors may submit up to three (3) past performance references, including both the customer point of contact information and details of the work performed. Past performance information shall be recent (performance within the last three years) and relevant to this statement of work. The apparent awardee s past performance will be evaluated as part of the contractor responsibility determination to ensure the presence of an acceptable performance record in accordance with FAR 9.104-1 (c). Past performance information shall be obtained from any sources available to the Government to include, but not limited to, PPIRS or other databases; interviews with Program Managers, customers, and Contracting Officers; and references provided by the contractor.
