Description
Titrator - Install/Setup, Support STATEMENT OF WORK General The Naval Fuels and Lubricants Chemistry Lab at PSEF is responsible for supporting the United States Navy fleet, Sailors and Marines, providing fast, accurate, and reliable fuels and lubricants analysis. The Mettler-Toledo automatic titrator that is currently in our Chemistry Lab, is used to test, analyze, and qualify aviation lubricants in support of the fleet. However, this equipment is several years old technology, it is in need of repairs and parts are obsolete. The new automatic titrator from Mettler-Toledo is an upgraded version of the current one been used in the Chem Lab so it will be plug and play. It will bring the Chemistry lab up to current standards which will provide the fleet with a faster, more accurate and reliable results at a much more cost effective and cost efficient way. 1. The SOW addresses the following deliverables: Item# Qty Base Price Discount Net Price Model # Titrator Excellence T5 1 $15,870.00 (10.00%) $14,283.00 The Instrument should have the following features: Able to be Plug & Play. Must be able to interface with our current accessories such as: printers, pumps, probe sensors, auto sampler, etc. The instrument must be compatible with Total Acid Number (TAN) according to ASTM 664. It must also include the following: Extended Service 1 $2.017.60 $2,017.60 Instrument setup/installation and training 1 $1,955.20 $1,955.20 Total Cost, including instrument setup/installation, training and extended service. $18,255.80 Note: 1. This equipment is essential to continue providing the fleet with a faster, more accurate and reliable lubes results at a much more cost effective and cost efficient way. Note: 2.
