- Items to add to existing contract SPE4AX17D9415 for three years The purpose of this amendment is to update the total length of this contract. The RFP dated 13 April 2018 stated this would be a 4 year requirements contract with Moog and would be added to exisiting corporate Long-Term Contract SPE4AX-17-D-9415. This amendment hereby decreases the length of this requirement by one year, from four years to three years. This three year requirement will be added to the exisitng contract SPE4AX-17-D-9415. The attachment shows the mins, max's, and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ's) per year for each of the five items being solicited under this requirement. The only qualified source for this requirement is Moog. The Government has no technical data or drawings available for prospective offerors. This is not a small business set aside. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the Source Approval Information Brochure for Spares.
