Description

Revised Attachment P1 Cost Summary Amendment #2 GOVERNMENT RESPONSE TO ADDITONAL RFP QUESTIONS: 11. RFP Amendment 1 Page 5, 13-14, Att_P1_Cost Summary - The RFP specifies the period of performance as 5 years and a 6 month option. The hours on page 13 and 14 for a full time person reflects 10,560 which at the RFP specified 1920 hours equals the 5.5 years. In the revised Attachment P1, the Cost Spreadsheet (LOE) tab, the Government deleted the Option 1 columns which is the 6 month period. With the deletion of the Option 1 columns, is it the Government's intent to not have that the 6 month option period priced? If yes, is the contractor to spread the total hours over the basic 5 year period or is the contractor to modify the hours to reduce the 6 month effort? Please Clarify. Government response - Please see Sections B NAVAIR clause 5252.211-9503, Section C 3.4.3 Labor Qualifications, Section J Attachment P1, and Section L 3.7.2 Labor Hours.
