Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Florida City:Miramar Delineated Area:Adjacent to or within a walkable ¼ mile from 2805 SW 145th Avenue, Miramar, FL 33027. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):NA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):NA Space Type:Parking Space Only Parking Spaces (Total):200 Parking Spaces (Surface):200 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):200 Full Term:7 Years Firm Term:0 Years Additional Requirements:1.The parking lot must be built to deter trespassers from adjacent building tenants. 2.Exterior parking areas, vehicle driveways, pedestrian walks, and the Building perimeter lighting levels shall be designed per Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) standards. Provide 5 foot-candles for doorway areas, 3 foot-candles for transition areas and at least 1 foot-candle at the surface throughout the parking lot. Parking lot fixtures shall provide a maximum to minimum uniformity ratio of 15:1 and a maximum to average uniformity ratio of 4:1. 3.All exterior parking lot fixtures shall be "Dark Sky" compliant with no property line trespass. 4.Exterior parking area and parking structure lighting shall be sensor or BAS controlled in order that it may be programmed to produce reduced lighting levels during non-use. This non-use time period will normally be from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
